About Us
PICAL Logo

The Phillip Island Community and Learning Centre Inc. opened its doors in February 1982 in a house in Settlement Rd, moving to Wyndham Ave at the start of 1984 and re-locating to the current Church Street location in December 1984.

PICAL is a not for profit organisation managed by a volunteer committee. PICAL employs twenty people on a permanent basis and up to twenty five tutors each term. We provide a Centrelink agency , adult education, childcare and a range of services to assist the local community.

PICAL relies on the assistance of community volunteers across the Centre. We are able to offer many opportunities for volunteer participation in all aspects of our activities. If you are interested in volunteering at PICAL please contact Imogen on T: 5952 1131.
