General Education at PICAL - Introduction to VCAL

General education is designed for people who may have left school early, or had a disrupted education and want to improve their reading, writing, maths and general education skills.

This course is a great lead-in to Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL). VCAL is a hands-on option for students wanting to complete VCE equivalent.

General Education aims to provide students with the skills, knowledge and attitude to make informed choices about further education, studying VCAL, and further choices about work.

You will begin General Education at a level suitable to your capabilities. On successfully completing a level in General Education, you will receive a certificate and statement of results that details the areas of study you have completed.
