Certificate II in Business
with Alan TilsonThis course aims to develop practical competence in administration, clerical, technology and financial skills. At the end of the course, graduates will have competencies, which may provide job opportunities as receptionists, clerks and office assistants. It also aims to re-equip mature age students with the skills necessary to re-enter the workforce.
Career Opportunities: Receptionist, office/accounts clerk, administrative officer, customer service officer, office assistant or information officer.
Entry Requirements: There are no minimum admission requirements.
Duration: Estimated completion time: 12 months (part time)
Course Structure: To achieve a Certificate II in Business students must complete a total of twelve(12) units of competency.

- BSBCMN214A Create and use simple spreadsheets
- BSBCMN204A Work effectively with others
- BSBCMN206A Process and maintain workplace information

Certificate II in Hospitality
This course is ideal for people intending to pursue a role in the Hospitality industry. Certificate II represents a base operational qualification that encompasses a range of functions and activities designed for an entry level for students.
This entry level course will give the participant basic skills required to work effectively in the Hospitality industry.
