A practical hands-on training course for chainsaw users designed to teach skills in general maintenance, operation, safety and efficient working techniques to cross-cut fallen timber.

Red Card Training

with Australian Safe T

A Red Card is required if you want to work on construction sites in Victoria. This one day course is endorsed by Worksafe Victoria and meets induction training requirements. Includes working at heights, confined spaces and your responsibilities at work. .

Time 3pm - 9pm Fee $120 / $130
Materials None Enrol by 12th Aug

Forklifts

with Australian Safe T

Completing this two day course will qualify you for your Worksafe licence. Included in the cost is the licence processing. The forklift is provided. Fee: $355/$365

Farm Chemicals

with Australian Safe T

Run in conjunction with Chemcert Vic. Covers state legislation and pest control, label reading and calibration of boom sprays. Upon successful completion, participants will be registered with Chemcert for a period of five years and can apply for an ACUP from the Department of Sustainability. Update/refresher unit is incorporated in the first day.
Fee: $200/$220
