About Us

The Phillip Island Community Adult Learning Centre, affectionately known as PICAL is a not for profit community-based organisation providing recreational, educational, and referral assistance to welfare services to reflect the needs of all age groups of Phillip Island and surrounds.

Each week members of our community enjoy our safe, friendly and stimulating environment in which every individual is informed and empowered to achieve to their full potential, regardless of their skill level.

A team of volunteers also support and coordinate a relief service known as Phil Dixon’s Pantry which relies on donations from Vic Food Relief and the local community.

PICAL provides support through services such as counselling, FREE hearing tests, employment services and a Centrelink AgencyWe also have a number of community spaces available for use and hire including suitable for meetings, training, social gatherings and community groups.
