Services

Community engagement and support is the core of our mission, delivering reliable services to those who need them most.

Free WiFi, computer, photocopier, printer, scanning and other office services are available for public use.

Phil Dixon Emergency Food Relief Pantry

Emergency food relief for anybody living in our community.  The Pantry is coordinated by volunteers and relies on donations from local stores such as Aldi, Coles and Food Bank Victoria to support the program. We also receive donations from some of our fabulous local residents and businesses.

Casseroles Cooking Group

Once a month a dedicated team of volunteers cooks approximately 100 healthy meals. These meals are then frozen and sent to the pantry for distribution. We are always looking for volunteers to help with this project, please get in touch if you think you can help!

Centrelink Agency

You can connect with Centrelink, Medicare and other government programs and services at Phillip Island Community and Learning Centre Inc. 

 

We are a Services Australia Agent and have free self service facilities to help you conduct your government business for the following:

 

  • Using our computers, you can log in to your myGov account and get things done on the spot

  • If you don’t have a myGov account, our Agent staff will help you to set one up.

  • Customers will be required to have an email address they can access at the Agency to set up a myGov account

  • There are phones for you to access phone self service or speak to a Services Australia Service Officer

  • If you’d rather use your mobile phone or tablet, we also have free Wi-Fi available. No password is required, so you can get online straight away

  • You can also use the Wi-Fi to download and install the Express Plus mobile apps

  • The Agent staff can help you set up your digital services if you’re not sure what to do

Tech Support

Personalised Tech Support for any type of tech, device, software or internet related problem. Assistance with IT skills for computers, mobiles, tablets and iPads. Includes navigating websites, phone applications, emailing, photos, passwords, online security and online applications, myGov, identification, vax and birth certificates, passports, energy saving bonus, working with children and police checks. 

 

  • Support is $10 per half hour or $20 for 1 hour

  • Every Wednesday 11 am to 3 pm

  • Half or one-hour appointments

Room Hire

We have several options available to our community members who are looking for a venue to bring people together in a professional setting, ranging from a small meeting room for up to 3 or 4 people to larger rooms for up to 30 - 40 people seated.
